I can't drag move the cards up and down within the same list, or drag move the cards to another list or drag move lists. The move function works if I use the move action, but I need to be able to drag and drop to sort cards within the same list. I logged out and back in, restarted by computer thinking its some kind of glitch, but can't get it to work. is there a locking mechanism I may have accidentally enabled? Please help
Hi @Kristine Takvoryan I can confirm that this is unexpected behavior - you should be able to drag and drop cards and lists to change their position. Assuming you are using Trello in a browser, which browser and operating system are you using ? Is it possible to try a different browser, or disable all your browser extensions temporarily to see if you experience the same behavior?
Hi. I'm using the app on Windows 11 Pro (which I also uninstalled and reinstalled today). I tried logging in through a browser and it was doing the same thing (dragging not working)

@Kristine Takvoryan I am trying to get access to a computer with Windows 11 to see if I can reproduce this behavior. In the meantime, I'll ask a few more questions to see if we can identify the cause.
- Which browser did you try using today?
- Do you experience this behavior on all of your boards? Or only one/some?
- Did dragging and dropping lists and cards suddenly stop working for you, and if so, can you estimate when?
