How we can check the payment details and comfirm.

We subscribed to Trello Premium on an annual plan on September 6, 2024.

However, we are currently unable to view the payment details of our account. 

We would like to know how we can check the payment our account is still maintained as Premium.

Welcome to the community.

you need to be a Workspace admin to view the Workspace's billing page: https://trello.com/[your-Workspace-goes-here]/billing

  • Go to trello.com,

    • Click the Workspaces dropdown option from the top navigation bar

    • Select the Workspace

    • In the sidebar, click "Settings"

    • From the dropdown options, click “Billing
