We need assistance with setting up a workflow where two users can share the same list across different boards. Ideally, whenever either user updates a task or adds a comment in the shared list, we would like these changes to be reflected automatically and in real time on both users' boards.

Is there a way to synchronize a list across multiple boards so that updates are visible to all users involved without needing to manually duplicate or move cards?

We would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this functionality.

Thank you for your support.

Hi there, we just released a new feature last week that could help you with this: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/

This allows you to include cards from one board onto another board. It won't mirror the entire list, but you can achieve that with automation by creating a rule that creates a mirror card on List B any time a card is added to List A.

If you try it out, I'd love to hear how it works out for you!

Hi Jessica.

A few third-party services, like Unito, can provide this syncing. Since this feature isn't available on Trello by default, I recommend contacting them directly.
