We have more Trello boards in our team, where our colleague who was our project manager created the boards and therefore was and still is admin. He has now left the company…can you help us how to remove him from our boards (as he is an admin) and help us how to change the admin role to us?

The best way to do this is to log in as another admin, and remove the old colleague from (at least) the admin role.
If you do not have another admin, then find at least two people who should be admins (a main and a backup in case main goes missing like they have here), and get in touch with Trello support.
Use the last option on https://trello.com/contact - the other three go to info or bring you back here to the community. Give them as much info as you can on your Trello site, and ideally, the email addresses for the old admin, the new ones, and if you know it, the billing contact.
