How to move Trello cards from one space to another?

Is there a way to move trello cards from one workspace to another?  one user is no longer with the organization but all the trello cards are under his workspace. How can i move all the cards from his workspace into a new workspace under a different user? or can I transfer his workspace to a different user?

You/or anyone need to be a member of the workspaces be able to do that.

I am in both workspace. I was able to find the option to copy the boards over to my own workspace. Thanks.
