To make the "Cover" option the default for cards in Trello, you can follow these steps:
1. Open your Trello board.
2. Click on the board menu (the three horizontal lines in the top right corner).
3. From the dropdown menu, select "More".
4. In the "More" menu, click on "Board settings".
5. In the board settings, scroll down to the "Card Cover Images" section.
6. Under "Default Cover", select the cover option you want to set as default from the dropdown list.
7. Once you've selected the desired default cover option, click "Save settings" to apply the changes.
From now on, when you create new cards on that particular Trello board, they will automatically have the selected cover option as the default.
