I understand that in the free version you can create multiple Workspaces in the account.
If I have a standard or premium account, can I create more than one workspace on the same paid account?

Why doesn't Trello make it clear that the license is not per user but only per user+workspace combination?  It's sometimes not handy to put everything in one workspace. Does it mean you pay DOUBLE the license costs just to use another Trello workspace?
