Hi Everyone. I'm new to the Atlassian product. Sorry if the question was already asked, but I couldn't find it.
I have been playing with the Jira PowerUp in Trello to create issues for our development team directly from Trello. The only thing I cannot change is the priority status once the Jira link is created. It automatically defaults to Medium, but I need help finding this status in Jira or Trello so I can change it to the correct one. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi @Eschly Borja ! Welcome to the community :) As far as I know, the Jira power-up doesn't allow you to map many fields other than the title and description. As a workaround, you could include the priority in the description of the Trello card and use Jira automation to set the priority field based on this.
If you're looking for a more powerful integration between Trello and Jira, I'd recommend Unito. With more functionality, it does come at a cost, however.
