How do I use the "#" without it formatting into a header?

Eric Connell September 7, 2022

My company uses the "#" for lots of things. Example: "A #10 envelope"  But whenever we type that in the description field, it automatically formats to a heading. How can we stop that from happening?

Hi @Eric Connell ,

in order to have the # character displayed, you should add a "\" character in front, like this :

This is a \#10 envelope

Let me know if this helps,
