We have a standard Trello plan and have a former user who is deactivated and they aren't listed on our members page to be reactivated. When I try to add them using the Invite Workspace members, they pop up on the list as deactivated and there is no way to reactivate them.
Hi Regge! It's very possible their whole Atlassian account is deactivated. If you're part of a larger organization, I'd suggest reaching out to your IT team or Atlassian Org admins to ask if they can check whether that user's account is deactivated, and reactivate it if so.
