How do I consolidate all accounts so we have an admin in charge of accounts/billing?

Our team all created accounts individually.  Some staff have Workspace Accounts and some staff have Boards.  We now need to purchase the Standard Plan for everyone, but wondering how to have 1 admin account with multiple users.  Is there a way to do this without losing work done in the past?

Karen, I would suggest you do two things:

  1. Move all the boards that your team uses into one common workspace. Here is how to do it:
  2. Select the person who will be the Admin for that workspace, and have that person purchase the Standard plan by upgrading that workspace. You can do it by visiting:{enter the name of your workspace here}/billing
