I was on free trial for premium and after it ended I cancelled my subscription because I don't need it, but I am still getting billed over and over ( unsuccessfully because there's not enough money on my bank account). How can I cancel it completely and stop the billing ?

Unfortunately, we can't directly fix billing issues here in the community. Your best bet is to reach out to Trello Support:
While you're waiting to hear back, it's worth double-checking your Trello account settings (profile icon > Settings > Billing) just in case there's any lingering subscription info.
