How do I automate Tasks into backlog cards?

I have created projects and cant for the life of me work out how to make each task turn into a card with the tasks name in my backlog. Can someone please help me out?

Were you wanting to turn your checklist items into a new card?
If so, an example of an automation rule you could create is:

when an item is added to a checklist in a card assigned to me, create a new card with title "{checklistitemname}" in list "To Do"
