How do I assign all tasks/cards/boards to myself?

I'm a single user.  I'm missing tasks if I forget to assign them to myself.  How do I automatically assgn everything I create to myself?

@Leslie Kirby welcome to the Atlassian community

I would suggest adding a butler automation that auto-assigns cards or tasks to you when they are created.  As for the unassign items you will probably have to find and assign them manually.
