The support team doesn't reply the question. I have the login but when appears the auth screen (2FA), I can't access anymore, because I deleted from my smartphone.

Unfortunately we do not assist with log in issues over the Community. As you've mentioned, you've already raised a ticket, TRELLO-195129, so we'll respond to you on that ticket. Please note that we have a high volume of requests currently we're wading through so it may take some time to get back to you. I'd recommend trying to reinstall your authenticator app in the meantime.
