Hello All!

I have a board that I have created for my business pipeline. Currently, I have my manager and assistant on the board with me. They have both brought it to my attention that any change that is made on the board, they are getting a notification. I want to change this so that they can take action when a card is moved to a position where it needs their attention.

When a new card is created, I would like to notify my manager and assistant and when the card moves to the final list (the cards move on my board when I check off a completed task).

How can I exclude them from all other changes made on the board and only notify them when these two conditions are met?

Thanks so much,
Austin

You can create a scheduled automation such that an email will be sent when a specific condition is met (Note: scheduled automation is not realtime, so the email might be sent at the end of that day) OR you could create a trigger such that a Slack message will be sent when a specific condition is met (screenshot below).
