I must of had a free trial but have never used Trello - at all. However they just deducted £116 form my bank account. I cannot find any details on how to call / chat to someone - and the emails doesn't respond.
How do I deactivate my account so this never happens again?
how do I get through to someone to get my money back - i never even seen a Trello board!
