Hello, the "participants" in the task card have disappeared. How do I get them back?

What happens when you click on “Members”?

 

I’m having sync issues and waiting on a response. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Can you show a screenshot of what you see on the card back menu? (When the card is open) And also what you see after clicking "Member"?
