Hello! i can not change my Permission for my account on my Trello desk. Now status - Virtual, but i entered with my login/password. What problem with Usual\Normal status for my account?
Sounds like you've added a user to your board and then didn't sign up using the board invite that was sent. You should try removing and readding this user. Also have a read through our help doc on virtual users: https://help.trello.com/article/998-whats-a-virtual-user
