Hello Team,

 

We have Atlassian subscription , our registered entity is in India (Bit Order Technologies Pvt Ltd).

As per India Income tax we are liable to deduct TDS on your services, to deduct TDS at lower rate we need tax Atlassian's India Tax Residency Certificate.
