• Can we put more than one user per task (so that we can also track teams that way - if one user is a team-collector)?
• Can we put time-span for the tasks?

@Dimitar Belomorski yes! You can add multiple members to a card, and each card has a state and end due dates. 

You can also use advanced checklists (in paid trello plans) to add subtasks (checklist items) and deadlines and members to those items (although you can only assign one person and one date to a checklist item)
