Hello, we are currently using the free version of Trello that will be restricted on 8 April. I just wanted to check and see whether the extended free trial will be offered to workspaces that have already used a free trial, and what action will be taken on workspaces that do not take the free trial on 8 April. Thanks
Hello @Louis Sutcliffe
According to the article below, there's nothing about trial. The only thing is that starting April 8, you won't be able to add new collaborators to your workspace, unless you upgrade your plan or reduce the number of collaborators to below the limit.
"Starting April 8, 2024: If your free Trello Workspace already has 10 or more collaborators, you won’t be able to add new collaborators to the Workspace, unless you upgrade your plan or reduce the number of collaborators to below the limit.
Starting May 20, 2024: If your free Trello Workspace has more than 10 collaborators, the boards in this Workspace will become view-only. You’ll be able to see all the boards in the Workspace but won’t be able to make changes, unless you upgrade your plan or reduce the number of collaborators to below the limit."
Welcome to the community @Louis Sutcliffe
On the 8th april the only restrictions will be adding the collaborators to your boards if it already contains 10 of them.
On the 12th of may, changes that will be applies is that these boards will be read-only.
For the 8th of april, users will still be able to operate on the existing boards, only adding new collaborators is the only limit.
