Evernote Power Up Issue

Hi, I am constantly being promoted to authorise my Evernote account when adding the power up. Evernote shows it’s authorised yet Trello constantly prompts to re-authorise.

I have tried multiple web browsers and desktop app but nothing resolves this. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Robert Hyndman 

If possible, could you try to clear the current authorization between your Trello and Evernote account to start from a clean slate?

You can follow the steps below to clear the authorization from the Trello side:

  • Go to the board where this Power-Up is enabled.
  • Open the Board Menu and select the Evernote Power-Up.
  • Select Remove Personal Settings and disable the Power-Up.
  • Go to https://trello.com/my/account
  • Under the Applications section, select Revoke under any entries for Evernote (if any are found).

Usually, this should be enough and once you have re-added and gone through the authorization again, you should be all set. 

Let me know though if that's still sending you through a loop!

I'm getting exaclty this and it just goes round and round in a circle. The authorization doesn't stick.
