I am in need of adjust permissions on my Trello set up for members'.
At the moment I need to remove them from the Licensed status and maybe re-add them to the boards I need them on, there is no need to have them on or access to the full Enterprise workspace.
DO I need to deactivate them on Atlassian and then go in and add them as a member on the board ?
I have not found anything on this what so ever. Checked Youtube , here and just frustrated as to how this simple question is so elusive to find the answer.
Robert, if you have the Enterprise admin privileges, then you can remove Trello product access from the admin.atlassian.com portal. Details here. You can then add that user to a specific board later.
(Some of the Enterprise customers have not yet migrated to the admin.atlassian.com portal. The legacy experience is to remove a user is available for them on the Trello admin dashboard. Details here.)
