Emails Creating New Cards

Hi there,

We use Trello for our production team to track their tasks. However, whenever we send a marketing email from our general hello@... email address to our customer database, the email appears as a new card on every one of our lists in this board. 

How can we stop this and why is it happening? 

We are having to go through and delete multiple cards every time we send a marketing email, which is multiple times a week. So it would be great to have this solved.

Do you use any power-ups for card creation based on emails?

Hi @Tymek Zapała, no I don't believe we use any power-ups.

@Tymek Zapała Are you able to help with this at all? I've attached a screenshot of what is happening every time we send a marketing email – they are auto-creating an 'Activity' in each card within one of our boards.
