I want to go back to regular trello account log in; I do not want to use atlassian protected log in for my trello account. How do I remove this protected log in feature from trello without deleting my account.

Hi @Sukhpal Kaur !

Could you give a bit more detail on what you mean by the "protected login" for your Trello account? If you're talking about those verification emails we send, that's just part of keeping things secure. The only way to stop those is by setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

But if it's the 2FA you're looking to turn off, there's a way to do that. The link that @Dreamsuite Mike shared guides you through disabling 2FA: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/two-step-verification

Let us know which one it is and we'll try to help out!

I am taking a punt at what you are asking here so may get it wrong.

If it is the 2-factor authentication you want to switch off, you can do so here:

Go here and click at the bottom to disable 2 step verification
