@Shoji Orihara there are different solutions to build a workflow like this depending on your needs. You could build this using the Butler automation to copy cards from one board to another. With Butler, there is no mirroring functionality, so if you need updates to sync back and forth between boards, this won't be a viable solution. If you need 2-way syncing, I would recommend Unito's 2-way board sync which is a 3rd party tool.
