Hi @NANCY “Ashykinray” MUTHONI

Sorry to hear about this problem.  But based on that screenshot of the error, it appears that our community site is limiting your ability to submit this.  This is most commonly due to exceeding one of our systems limitations in terms of  the number of messages posted in a short duration, or the content of your message itself.  If you tried to submit this same message more than once in a short duration, such as less than 60 seconds, the site can generate this kind of error.

When you see this error, I would suggest reviewing the text to make sure that this content isn't already posted somewhere else on our site.  Were you copy and pasting this information from some other location?

Was this message created in a separate text editor like Microsoft Word or alike?  Sometimes these other text editors can include extra whitespace characters that our system cannot accept.  But if that were the case I would have expected a different response here.

I'd suggest waiting some time, and then try to submit this once more.  If this fails on the first attempt, stop there.  I'd be interested to see what response is first generated by our site and possibly looking at the browser's console logs to see what payload is sent, and what response our site generates.  Trying to submit the same content immediately again will trigger the message you see in your screenshot above, but it tends to overwrite what the source problem is.  I suspect that the content might have too many characters, invalid characters, or some other malformed bit of data.
