Data flows for One Drive PowerApp

I would like my organisation to accept the OneDrive PowerApp and allow my files to share in Trello real-time. I need to get an approval from our CIS (information security team) department to do this. Part of this process is to map out the data flows between the systems. Anyone here ever done this before or have something that Trello team created previously? Could you share?  An example is below.

Hello Pip Parsons,

The data is only stored in OneDrive and nothing is stored in Trello directly. Whenever you add something from OneDrive via the power-Up, it only adds a link to that attachment within OneDrive. Hopefully, this should give you an idea to map out data flows.

Do let me know if you've more questions. I'd be happy to help
