Dashcards still work on my boards to present the number of cards found that meet the criteria. However, the Dashcard list does not appear on the card. Also, the Track button that comes with the power-up has disappeared, so no new ones can be added.
I've tried different browsers, different boards, and disabling and the re adding the Dashcard power-up, all to no avail.
Any ideas?
Hello! Having this same problem. It shows when I go into the details how many cards the salesperson is tagged in but not on the dashboard card.
Cards that I made a while back seem to not have the issue.
Hi Iain and Matt,
Thank you for raising this topic! It does look like a bug because we were able to reproduce this issue.
Seems like there's also another issue related to the Power-Up that we're looking into. The team is working on a fix, but sadly we don't yet have any ETA to share.
Sorry about that!

Alina, thanks for the response. The next day things had automagically returned to normal and all working well. So whatever was done fixed my issue.
Not having done this before, I am not sure where, as Matt says, I should have reported it as an incident, or was this the right forum?
Also it was only when I didn't have the dashcards working that I realised how much I rely on them!
thanks

For a few weeks now, I've been having the same issue. Can you help me with this? TIA.

Hi Arianne,
Thanks for sharing this!
Unfortunately, I can't seem to be able to reproduce this problem in my account. The Dashcards Power-Up is working as expected for me.
Have you tried removing and adding the Power-Up again to your board?
I'd also suggest doing a check-up on your browser. We have this article about troubleshooting browser issues with Trello: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello/.
Let me know if this helps to resolve the problem!

Hi, @Alina Kurishko. Thank you for your help and suggestions. However, I am still experiencing the same issue. I would greatly appreciate any further tips or suggestions you may have.
One Dashcard on my board does not display "Deliveries within the next 7 days," while others are working fine.

Hi Arianne,
Thanks for trying that out!
If only one Dashcard doesn't display the results correctly, the issue must be related to the filters in that card. Would you mind recreating the filter from scratch on another card?
If this doesn't work, would you mind sharing details about the cards you want to be displayed in the Dashcard and the filters you set up there? I'll try to reproduce the issue in my account.

I'm having the same issue.
Not sure what we do with something like this. Do we report it as an incident? Feels like it might be connected to the issue that has just been "solved"
