Dúvidas sobre atualização do trello

Olá, boa tarde!

Com essa mudança no trello a partir de 08/abril eu fiquei com algumas dúvidas:

1. Eu tenho um trello grátis onde sou a administradora da área de trabalho e somente eu faço ajustes e atualizações, e uso para projetar as entregas para o time. Neste caso não terei nenhum problema com essa atualizção da plataforma certo? 

2. Tenho um outro trello grátis onde também sou administradora da área de trabalho porém outros times utilizam para anexar materiais. Se eu diminuir o número de membros para 10 pessoas nesta área de trabalho, não terei nenhum problema com essa atualizção da plataforma certo? 

3. Eu sendo administradora não perderei acesso a essas áreas de trabalho né?

Question 1

This should be fine.

The new rules require you to have less than 10 collaborators per Workspace, including members, guests and pending invitations.

If you are the only member of your Workspace, you should be below the 10 user limit.

Yes this should also be fine - as long as the number of collaborators is 10 or less, you can continue to use a Free instance.

But remember it includes guests and pending invitations - so it's 10 in total across these two and members.

No - there should be no impact to your access to these Workspaces, or the admin settings.

Hi Stephen, thank you so much!

But, where I can find if there is any guests and pending invitations? Just to make sure I'm doing it right. 

Because when i click at view membes os this workspace I can see only 12 employees... but when i click at share workspace there is a message at the top saying  "Starting April 8, 2024, Free Workspaces will be limited to 10 employees. This Workspace currently has 110 employees."

But where I can see this 110 employees?

You should be able to view members, guests, and pending invitations here...

1. Go to Trello home (using logo in top-left)
2. Next to your Workspace on the left-hand side, open the options menu (using the "v" icon)
3. Select Members from the list

Under the Collaborators title, you'll see tabs for Workspace Members, Guests, and Join Requests :)

Hi, 

I got it... but i found out that one of these trello it not at my workspace but the owner put me as an administrator of it. 

Is there any possibility to move it to my workspace? Or I need to make a new one, from the zero, direct on me workspace?

Yes, a board from another workspace.

Because now I'm administration of it but I dont have acess to view members, guests, and pending invitations where you show me, because this board is not at my workspace.
