Creating a new checklist creates an unwanted default first checklist item

Every time I create a new checklist, it generates a first item in the list with default text I don't want. I've looked in Card Rules and see one called Checklist, but I don't see where the first item default text is coming from or how to stop it.

In Butler I disabled the Card Button named Checklist, which was apparently created by me several years ago. That fixed it so that adding a checklist adds the Trello default card checklist.
