Control visibility of button "Create Jira Project" by addon configuration

The "Create Jira project" button is visible on all project issues but I want to display the button on some particular list of the project issues only

@Bhagavan Goud I was assuming that you were talking about trello.  Looks like this is a Jira issue.  What app are you using to provide this functionality?
