Compte disparu

Bonsoir,

Je me suis connectée depuis quelques jour sur mon Trello ( que j ai depuis au moins 4ans) , plus moyen de me connecter pour travailler ...

Mon compte semblait avoir disparu à mon adresse mail habituelle, il m'a été proposé de réinitialiser mon mot de passe, ce que j'ai fait et finalement , un autre compte a été crée à cette même adresse mais vide de tous mes tableaux dans mon espace de travail.

Je vous demande de bien vouloir m'aider à retrouver tout mon travail.

Welcome to the community.

I noticed that the account associated with this request was actually created using a different email address back in 2018. Could it be that you're trying to log into that account? The email domain is yahoo.com, not gmail.com. Could you try logging in with that email to see if it's the account you're looking for?

and this is not working it only have a “tableau” call “city” but normally I have 4 main ones none of them call city

Thanks for the information.

Do you have a URL of one of these 4 boards you mentioned to share? Maybe it's on your starred links or browser history, with that I can see what email is the correct one. Just noticed that there's no anaruizbowen@gmail.com account on our system, so it's probably another email.

i come back to you as in my office they have juste announced that my email ana.ruiz-bowen@yncrea.fr is going to be delated and will not be use anymore (this Friday ) ! 

is it possible to change the email to ana.ruizbowen@gmail.com or to pass all my board and elements to this email ?

Yes, both possibilities can be done

You can move your boards to another workspace on another account by following the steps below

Or you can change the email of your account to a new one as long as this new email it's not associated with an Atlassian (Trello) account, here's the doc

it seem to me as if it has come back to a very all version I did at the beginning

The user anaruizbowen is exactly on that Yahoo account, but as you mentioned it only has two boards on it. By any chance have you share one of the boards with someone else that can give you the URL of? Without a URL/email/username I won't be able to find the boards you need it.
