Checklist not found in Trello during rule

Hello, I have attempted to create a rule so that every time a card is added to a list by anyone a checklist is added to the card. I am having a hard time no matter what checklist I try it says it's not found. How can I resolve this?

I tried just putting the checklist name and even added the link.

When setting this automation to create a new checklist when a card is added to a specific list, you have the option to create an entirely new checklist or copy an already existing checklist from another card to that card.

The option you selected was to copy a list from another card with the name "Inquiry Phase" and Trello is not currently finding that specific card, hence the message you're receiving.

If you want to just create a new checklist with the name you need, select the option below the one you've used, "add an empty checklist named (name of the checklist) to the card".

If the idea is to copy the checklist, please revise it if the source checklist is correct.
