Dear Team,
I had mistakenly activated the premium free trial, and our board member count is 20. I'll not progress with premium, I'll change it to the standard model. However, when I cancel the premium subscription, the only option is the free model. I need to go standard model instead of the free premium trial. I cannot wait until the end of the trial process, because I cannot lose my member suddenly on my board. Could you please support us about this issue?

Hi Guarav, I have already review this page. However, there is no info about canceling free trial premium model.
