Change permissions

Why do I need to ask the admin to change my permissions to add an attachment? Why am I not automatically the admin of my Trello account? 

This seems rather complicated to use. How do you add information by tying it on the card.

Why can't you personalize the card to only have the information you need not what was prewritten by

It appears there isn't a real person to speak with or a step-by-step guide on how to use this website, so I just delete my account. I consider myself smart and this is a very complicated. Nothing you click on provide any info there are just cards you add to the board but what else is there to benefit from using this. I thought it would work like sticky pads to help stay on top of daily task, but no. Thank you
