Hi there.
for many years i was using free mode of Trello. We have 7 boards, and almost 30 users.
recently after the new policy of trello in making some limits, we deleted some users. Then, a new premium trial was suggested by Trello and we launched it, but now we come to this concludion that it is not appropriate for us.
Now, we want to back to free mode, but there is no option for that; and the free trial would be expired after 6 days.
Now, what do you suggest us? How we could back to free mode? and before that what should we do? Is it mandatory to delete some users to reduce it in 10 users? If we delete some users, all their contributions would be omitted?
Thank you
Best wishes;
Hossein
If you want to remain on free version then you will have to reduce the number of collaborators to get below the 10-user-limit (details here). When you downgrade from Premium to Free version (which will automatically happen at the end of your trial period, if you haven't already entered a credit card) and after you remove users, all the premium capabilities will be disabled, e.g., custom fields, list colors, large attachments, advanced checklists, etc. However, cards created by those (removed) users will remain as-is, and their comments on those cards will also remain as-is.
