Are you still logged on any device on the account? In case you are you can still change the email
Enter the new email address.
Save changes.
Check the inbox of the new email address to find the verification message.
Click Verify your email and follow the instructions to conclude the update.
in case you are not you need to reactivate the old email in order to get the log in back, since the email is the security measure of the account
