Card content disappeared (in app)

Hi Team,

I'm reaching out after years of using and loving Trello. Thanks for a great app and all the continuous improvements that makes for a great experience.

Yesterday I've had an exceptionally frustrating experience, and will appreciate your feedback. I've developed a card's content with a lot of effort. I took a 10min break, went back in, saw the content, edited the Card's Header(name) and when I went back to the description, I've lost 75% of the content. 

Please help me understand 1) why this is happening. I need to know I can trust the work I'm doing will not be lost. 2) Is there any way to get the content back?

I've tested another card, where I copy pasted content and that too disappeared after closing the card and going into it again. Please help me understand what's going on. The app is updated (version 2024.25.1.36137).

If two people are editing the card description at the same time, then this can happen. I would recommend to click 'Save' after you enter the card description.

Thanks, but no one else has access to it, just me, so it can't be caused by another user editing
