When I open a card and scroll down a long list of items, then attempt to use the text bar, say bold a sentence, the card closes without bolding. If I select content down on the list in the card, then scroll back up to the top and click bold, card doesn't close and text is bolded. Seems only when I scroll down a certain distance does the text bar not work. Help...annoying.

Sounds like a temporary bug. Have you used another browser and cleared the cache?

Reinstalling the app can help with the issue, other than that it's the problem in the app itself. Trello is operational.
