Cant login, reset password doesnt work, please help..

Hello everyone, im trying to sign in into my account by https://trello.com/login - not working.

When i choose resetting  by https://trello.com/forgot - nothing come any more.

When i click on "confirm e-mail" at the last mail with "confirm the email to start using trello" it links me to atlassian account.

Ive created the atlassian account and tried to sign in with simmilar mail/pass - not working.

Yes, the mail adress is right. Yes, the password is the same.

Pls help, i cant see any more option i could try..

Hi @Katerina Cernikova

Did you try to login trough https://id.atlassian.com/ ? From there you can see all solutions you have an access to. From the Waffle on the top left click on Trello.

Also if you are really stuck you can always go to Atlassian Support : https://support.atlassian.com/

Login the support page and go to the bottom of the page : "contact support".

thanks for Your reply :) When i press the Waffle after logging in, nothing appear, just blank square. I dont know where i can find trello from atlassian interface to add it (?) to my apps.. Maybe this action would be the key?

Hi @Katerina Cernikova ,

All your apps you sign up for with this account should be there. Can you confirm you are on the right account (probably the same you are using for community)?

Here is how it shows when I login id.atlassian.com. Can you confirm the web browser you are using?
