Cannot create board on own workspace

I've created my own workspace with 6 boards, but suddenly I'm not able to create anymore boards. It's the free version and afaik, the free workspaces have a limit of 10 boards. Whenever I try to create a board, it suggests that I create a board in an Enterprise workspace I am a member of. I don't have the options to change the workspace I create boards for. 

I've tried this article:

I've tried creating the board on the enterprise workspace and tried moving the board to my own workspace. But I can't choose any other workspaces to move the board to. I can only see the enterprise workspace. So how am I supposed to create new boards on my own private workspace? If I try the other way around (Moving existing boards from Private workspace to an Enterprise workspace) I can see a list of all of the workspaces I'm a member of.

Also when creating a new board it says this:

Can this not be changed? Can I not choose my own workspace to create boards on?
