I had a free Premium trial for the past 2 weeks. Turns out I don't really need the features at the moment and I don't want to automatically start the premium plan tomorrow. I googled and I don't have the option in the billing section to cancel this.
How do I proceed?
When the premium trial ends, it just rolls back to free

I was in a similar boat recently and I contacted Billing Support via the below link: Atlassian Support
You can find this also by selecting the Question Mark at the top right in Jira and then Contact Support and choose the option regarding Billing.
That will put you to the correct team and they have been very fast and efficient with resolving my billing and subscription issues in the past.
