I am trying to cancel my Trello Premium free trial. I do not want to be billed when the trial period ends. Please advise on how to do so. There is no option on my billing account page to cancel the trial. Thank you

NOTE: If you have not given a credit card, I do not believe you may not cancel your free trial. However, if this is the case, it is impossible for you to be charged, as your payment information is not on file. You would just be downgraded to the free plan.

If you still cannot cancel your plan, and none of the above applies to you or is working, then try contacting Atlassian directly.
Unfortunately my payment information is on file. I was using a lower plan and tried the free trial on premium. I cancelled my plan but it states I'm still in the free trial and there's no way to end it or indicate that you don't want it to continue.

That page does state: If you cancel your Standard Workspace plan while in a Premium free trial, you’ll continue to have access to Premium features until the trial ends, at which point the subscription will end.
I would use the link I gave you to contact Atlassian directly and clarify your best move going forward. There's a lot of variables at play.

I tried to use that link to get i touch with them but it keeps asking for a URL, SEN, EN or invoice number and whenever I add the link it says it's invalid. It won't allow me to get beyond that point.
