Can you create rules directly in Trello, without Butler or a powerup?

I want to create my own rules directly in  Trello without relying on third party power ups or, in the case of Butler, being limited by quota?

Is this possible?

Butler is the feature within Trello that allows you to create those automations. But you will be subject to the quotas that we provide: https://help.trello.com/article/1181-butler-features-and-quotas

You could use the API to create custom solutions and integrations that would not be subject to those quotas, only the API limitations. Moire information about the API can be found here: https://developers.trello.com/
