Can you allocate tasks to people with no Trello account?

Hi,

Im totally new to this so bear with. 

I've got tasks that I want people to do, other contractors etc who I don't want to be able to access my Trello or boards or whatever. Can I make people and allocate tasks to them, but them not be involved in my Trello life?

There's no way to do this natively within Trello, but there are power-ups to handle this, like Tiny Power-Ups' External Share: https://trello.com/power-ups/60d93bb780ee244d5d2b1edd
