Can we add a multiple Description in each card on Trello?

Would be great if the user can add multiple Descriptions on Trello as having only one is very limited. 

If this can be done, then we can filter them per dates. 

OR Keep the one Description as it is but add some adds-on e.g. Add Text Box so that people can add multiple Text Boxes

You're only able to have one description field on a card in Trello but here are a couple of options you could use to separate information on your card:

• You can add a divider to your description by typing --- on a new line. There's no limit to how many of these you can have in a description
• With our Paid Plans, you can add Custom Fields to your cards to store extra information. One of these options is a text field which you could add information too. Here's a link with more information on Custom fields - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-custom-fields/

Yes we are aiming to get a business plan actually so the custom fields will solve the issue. 

There are also some power ups that can help, are these included for free with an enterprise account?

Power-ups are separate from any subscription in Trello (including our Enterprise plan). Any power-ups that're Made by Trello are completely free to enable on all of our plans including the Free plan.

If you're looking to enable another Power-Up that isn't made by us, some of these do have additional costs that you would need to pay for separately from our Enterprise plan.
