Can votes private on the cards so other members are not able to see who voted? Maybe only the admin of the page can see the names on the votes.

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you are using this Power-Up, I was able to find the option "Hide vote counts" in the settings.  While enabled, members of the board should only see their own votes on cards.
