Can the automation check which label is already applied before performing the action?

I'm working on an automation and I want it to check which label is already applied once the card is moved to a different list, is there a way to do this?

You can check if the card has the label when selecting your trigger. 
Example:

Thank you, it seems this feature is triggered once the label is applied to the card. 
What I'm looking for is for the main trigger, lets say the card is moved from List A to List B, to check if the label 1 is already applied and existing on the card, in which case it would move the card to List C.

Does that make sense?
